Hi everyone!
I just want to let you know about my participation in the upcoming 30-Hour Famine. This is an international youth movement to fight hunger! We want to let others know about the harsh facts of poverty and what poverty does to little children and numerous families afflicted with such devastating situations.
On April 30, together with hundreds or thousands of others who have chosen to participate on their own selected dates, I will fast for 30 straight hours - no solid food, just water or juice. I want to know how hard it is to live with almost nothing to eat. Most of us don't relate that much to the sufferings of these kids, because most of us have plenty of food to eat. But how about making a huge difference? Why not do your own fasting as well? More importantly, why not donate to the cause?
For only $30, you can feed one child for a month. For $360, you can feed one child for one WHOLE year. Any generous amount that would come from your heart will be greatly appreciated! You may be in a different part of the world, but I know we share the same passion. This is not limited to Canadians, everyone is asked to participate and donate to the cause.
Please support me. I know you would.

"You have the power to help save a child’s life. The donations you collect will make a difference in the lives of people in need around the world." - 30-Hour Famine
God bless your hearts! May He continually multiply your blessings as you continue to obey Him by reaching out to the poor.
Galatians 6:9 (NIV) - Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
Matthew 25: 34-36 (NIV) - "Then the King will say to those on his right, 'Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.'
Psalm 82:3-4 (NIV) - Defend the cause of the weak and fatherless; maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed. Rescue the weak and needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.
Sincerely,
Blessy
